FAQ'S + Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, shipping is worldwide.  All orders are shipped from Malaysia with tracking.

 

When will I receive my order?

If you're from the US, and you picked Economy shipping, it should arrive between 15-20 business days from the dispatch date. Express shipping will take only 3-5 business days.

For countries outside the US, it will take about 2-3 weeks.

 

My order still has not arrived.

For US orders: shipping is done in two stages due to the recent tariffs. Each order is sent in a larger package together with other orders to my warehouse in the US. Once the warehouse has scanned each package and shelved it in their system, I will be able to generate the USPS shipping label for final mile delivery. So you will receive your USPS tracking number only once it has arrived in the US.

Do you accept refunds/exchanges?

Yes! You have 24 hours from the the time an order is placed to contact and request for a refund. All orders are packed only after this 24 hour window has passed. 

Once the parcel is mailed, a refund will only be provided in the event of missing, damaged or defective items that cannot be replaced. Returns or exchanges won't be accepted if contacted after 7 days of arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you.
