Cancellation of Orders
Order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. You have 24 hours from the the time an order is placed to contact and request for a refund. All orders are packed only after this 24 hour window has passed.
Return & Refunds
Once the parcel is mailed, a refund will only be provided in the event of missing, damaged or defective items that cannot be replaced. Returns or exchanges won't be accepted if contacted after 7 days of arrival.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you.
